决定脸型的因素主要有两个：作为基础的面部骨骼，以及包裹骨骼的软组织（肌肉、脂肪、皮肤等除骨骼外的所有柔软组织）。 考虑改善脸型时，人们通常首先想到轮廓手术（削骨），但当软组织比例较大时，即使通过手术缩小骨骼，外观上的变化也可能并不明显。因此，理解并处理决定脸型的另一个关键因素——软组织，同样十分重要。 真实案例 对比一位接受颧骨缩小手术患者的术前术后3D CT可以看到，颧骨位置确实向内侧移动，中面部骨骼轮廓也有所缩小。但术后四年，皮肤表面呈现的脸型几乎没有变化，甚至给人一种比术前更宽的印象。原因在于骨骼虽然缩小了，覆盖其上的软组织却没有相应减少。 通过彩虹针改善软组织 为这位患者进行了彩虹针注射，术后三个月复查时，CT显示骨骼与皮肤表面之间的距离明显缩短，患者满意度非常高。 彩虹针是将7种经过验证的注射成分，根据面部各部位脂肪层特性以不同比例调配而成的复合注射治疗。它不针对骨骼，而是直接减少软组织体积，从而改善面部轮廓。
顔の形を決める要素は大きく2つあります。土台となる顔面骨と、その骨を覆う軟部組織(筋肉・脂肪・皮膚など、骨以外の柔らかい組織全体)です。 輪郭改善というと、まず輪郭手術(骨切り)が思い浮かびますが、軟部組織の割合が大きい場合、手術で骨を縮小しても見た目の変化が小さいことがあります。そのため、輪郭を決めるもう一つの要素である軟部組織を理解し、それを減らす施術を検討することも重要です。 実際の症例 頬骨縮小術を受けた患者様の術前・術後3DCTを比較すると、頬骨の位置は明らかに内側へ移動し、中顔面の骨格輪郭も縮小していました。しかし手術から4年が経過しても、皮膚表面に現れる顔の形はほとんど変化しておらず、むしろ以前より広く見えるという印象さえありました。骨は縮小しても、それを覆う軟部組織はそのまま残っていたためです。 レインボー注射による軟部組織の改善 この患者様にレインボー注射を施術し、3か月後の経過観察で骨と皮膚表面の距離がCT上ではっきりと縮まっていることを確認しました。患者様の満足度も非常に高いものでした。 レインボー注射は、検証済みの7種類の成分を部位ごとの脂肪層の特性に合わせて異なる比率で配合した複合注射施術です。骨ではなく軟部組織そのものを減らすことで、顔の輪郭を改善します。
